Round 11 – against Urunga Raiders
First Grade – report by Colin Scully
I’m not quite sure what to say
about this match other than:
·
we should
have scored in the first half at least on 3 occassions rather than going into
the sheds at half time nil all;
·
the first
half was definitely our better half; and
·
the second
half was very disappointing.
It is difficult to understand why
we are not putting numerous passes together. We must understand that we need to
retain possession for most of the game to have any chance of dominating our
opposition and we must be able to “finish” our goal scoring opportunites.
Attitude is also a major factor to wining matches.

Man of the Match was Mitch Weeden who saved 2 potential goals.
