| Match Report:
After a long season with not much to separate the top two teams, it all came down to the GF. The Storm were not going to be caught asleep at the start of the game like the Major Semi Final two weeks earlier when the Dolphins kicked away to a 2 goal lead after only 3 minutes. Everyone was switched on and ready. The game plan was set by master coach Murphy, and it was simple. Play to the strengths of passing and moving like they had done all season, and keep it tight at the back. Concentration was the key and the boys provided.
